The classic 1990s computer keyboard by MyPortal Studios is a decorative accessory for dioramas, miniature rooms, and modeling projects featuring a home computer. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35, and can add a typical period detail to a work surface or small technology scene.

The model depicts a flat, rectangular keyboard with gently beveled case edges. Clearly defined key groups include alphanumeric keys, function keys, arrow keys, and a number pad. Larger space, enter, and shift keys are also detailed. The shape and layout of the keys convey the practical look of sturdy home computer accessories from the 1990s.

The following scale ideas show different ways to place the keyboard in a suitable miniature scene:

  • 1:18: In a garage diorama, it can be staged on a desk in a workshop corner as a relic of an older computer setup.
  • 1:20: In an architectural model office scene, it can rest on a small desk beside plans as a period workstation detail.
  • 1:22,5: For a garden railway station scene, a good spot would be on the control panel in a small operations or technical room.
  • 1:24: In a dollhouse miniature room, the keyboard can sit on a computer desk in a 1990s-style teenager’s bedroom setting.
  • 1:32: At a Slotcar track, it can be arranged on the table in the race control room as part of a small timing and computer station.
  • 1:35: In a plastic modeling workshop scene, it can be placed on a side table in an improvised office area.

You will receive an unpainted modeling piece designed by MyPortal Studios. It is not a toy. The suggested settings and additional scene accessories are not included.
