The undamaged tall brick wall by MyPortal Studios is a versatile architectural component for dioramas and architectural model making. It works as a distinctive backdrop, a freestanding wall section, or part of a building corner. The model is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35.
The wall is nearly straight and flat. Closely set rows of bricks with staggered joints define the design; recessed mortar joints, subtle surface irregularities, and slightly rounded edges give the masonry a sturdy, realistic appearance. Its tall form provides a clearly visible brick surface for street, building, and landscape scenes.
Depending on the scale, the brick wall can be used as a standalone architectural detail or as part of a larger setting. Here are a few styling ideas:
- 1:18: As the rear wall of an old workshop in a garage diorama, suited to a detailed model car scene.
- 1:20: As a side boundary for a paved alley in a miniature setting, with room for an atmospheric street scene.
