The low brick pillar by MyPortal Studios adds a distinctive architectural feature to dioramas, architectural models, and miniature settings. This physical decorative piece is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35 and can be used as a standalone focal point or as part of a designed scene.

The freestanding rectangular pillar has a slightly irregular body made of staggered masonry bricks. Deeply modeled joints and handcrafted-looking edges emphasize the brickwork. A broad, angular capstone tops the masonry and projects beyond its sides. Its pronounced surface texture gives the architectural element a robust appearance.

Depending on the scale, the pillar can mark different locations in a model-making scene. Here are a few placement suggestions:

  • 1:18: As a boundary beside the driveway to a small workshop, well suited to a garage diorama with a model car.
  • 1:20: At the edge of a paved path in an architectural model, as an accent in a historic street scene.
  • 1:22,5: Beside a garden railway station as a distinctive end to a low brick wall in the station scene.
  • 1:24: At the entrance to a courtyard in a dollhouse or miniature room setting, where the pillar emphasizes the transition to the garden area.
  • 1:32: At the edge of a rural road beside a tractor model, as a detail in a Gauge 1 landscape model.
  • 1:35: As the end of a wall at the entrance to a workshop yard, incorporated into a vehicle diorama scene.

The pillar is an unpainted model-making piece designed by MyPortal Studios. It is not a toy. Suggested settings and additional scene accessories are not included.
