The Gothic church window with tracery by MyPortal Studios creates an architectural focal point in dioramas, model settings, and miniature buildings. This rectangular building element with a pointed arch is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35, and makes a striking window detail for sacred or medieval-inspired scenes.
The rectangular frame culminates in a pointed arch and features multiple stepped moldings. Fine muntins divide the opening into numerous rectangular panes. Three circular tracery ornaments with trefoil-like openings sit in the upper section. The clearly defined contours and stepped details give the window a three-dimensional appearance that can be further enhanced with custom painting.
Depending on the scale, the window can complement a variety of architectural and fantasy scenes. Here are some placement ideas:
- 1:18: As a focal point on the exterior wall of a weathered chapel in an architectural model of an old town.
