The half Gothic church window by MyPortal Studios adds a striking architectural accent to dioramas and model-building settings. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35, and works as a distinctive architectural feature in religious scenes, historic buildings and imaginative miniature settings.
The solid frame is divided into block-like sections, with deep surrounds and a textured stone finish. The pointed-arch upper section contains decorative tracery with three round quatrefoil shapes. Narrow lancet windows, cross-shaped openings and fine vertical and horizontal mullions define the Gothic design and give the window its distinctive structure.
The following scale-specific suggestions show how the window can serve as a striking feature in different model-building worlds:
- 1:18: For a miniature-room diorama, as a Gothic window in the wall of a shadowy chapel, perhaps behind a small prayer corner.
