The single garbage bag by MyPortal Studios adds an everyday detail to street, urban and architectural models, helping bring dioramas and model scenes to life. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35 and can be placed on its own beside buildings, walls or containers.
The wide, flat base transitions into an irregularly folded and rounded bag body. Creases and indentations on the surface suggest a filled or collapsed garbage bag. The gathered, knotted top completes the recognizable shape, while the sculpted surface gives it a varied appearance from different angles.
Depending on the scale, the garbage bag can be added to a variety of model settings. These ideas suggest possible scenes and specific placements:
- 1:18: As a roadside detail in a garage diorama, beside a workshop wall or near a small courtyard entrance.
- 1:20: In a street diorama, as a discarded rubbish bag at the foot of a house facade or beside a building entrance.
- 1:22,5: In a garden railway scene, subtly placed beside the exterior wall of a station building or along a path in a landscape model.
- 1:24: In a dollhouse or miniature room, as a detail beside a back door, in a courtyard or in a narrow alley.
