The stackable lattice crate from MyPortal Studios adds realistic storage and transport details to market, shop and other dioramas. Available as an unpainted physical decorative object in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35, it can be placed on its own or as part of a display of stored goods.

A sturdy frame surrounds the crate, with a recessed handhold at the top. Narrow braces form a diagonal lattice on the front and sides, leaving the contents visible. Its shape conveys the functional character of a container for market goods and is especially suited to urban indoor markets, shop shelves or stacks of stored goods.

Depending on the scale, the lattice crate can be incorporated into different parts of a scene. The following ideas show possible placements in a range of model worlds:

  • 1:18: In a garage diorama, place the lattice crate beside a workshop shelf to complement a scene with stored spare parts.
