This damaged support column for a field shelter from MyPortal Studios adds a distinctive structural element to military dioramas and architectural models, ideal for field positions, communications camps and other improvised settings. This decorative object is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35, and can be planned as a visible support or as part of a more heavily destroyed scene.
The piece features closely spaced, irregular posts holding several board-like crossbars together. Notches, broken edges and roughly textured surfaces give the support a damaged, makeshift reinforced appearance. Its clearly recognizable structure makes it a suitable architectural detail for scenes with a military character.
The support can be placed in different settings depending on the scale. These suggestions show possible uses:
- 1:18: As a damaged support at the edge of a field camp in a military diorama, beside the entrance area of a makeshift shelter.
- 1:20: In an architectural model of a field position, as a structural feature on a partially open shelter setting.
- 1:22,5: As part of a military landscape model, near a supply path at the edge of a small field position.
- 1:24: In a miniature setting as a damaged column at an improvised defensive position, clearly visible beside its entrance.
- 1:32: In a 1 gauge landscape scene as a distinctive support at the entrance to a small communications camp.
- 1:35: For a vehicle diorama, as a damaged structural element at the edge of a field position, beside a path through the scene.
You receive an unpainted model-making object by MyPortal Studios, not a toy. The settings described and additional scene accessories are suggestions and are not included.
