Racetrack Promotion & Grid Girls (S66) is a four-piece figure set for racetrack, paddock and vehicle dioramas. The different poses depict the starting grid, promotion and the start of a race, and can be placed around suitable model vehicles.

Included Figures

• Grid Girl: Woman with Sign 2 - Racing: Standing woman holding a large sign with the starting position number 3 above her head.
• Grid Girl: Woman with Umbrella - Racing: Upright standing woman with crossed legs, holding an open umbrella.
• Grid Girl: Woman with Tyre - Racing: Seated woman on an upright tyre, supporting herself on the tyre with both hands.
• Woman Starting Race: Dynamically forward-leaning woman with bent legs and arms extended behind her, holding two long ribbons.

Material and Delivery Condition

The complete set is made of resin and is supplied unpainted with support structures. After carefully removing the supports, the figures can be cleaned up, primed and painted to suit your own racing team or diorama. This is a model-making accessory and not a toy.

Practical Uses

Starting Grid of a Model Race: The woman with the number sign and the figure with the umbrella are suitable for positioning beside a racing car on the starting grid. The starting woman adds the moment immediately before setting off.

Pit Lane or Paddock: The seated figure with tyre creates a striking accent between model car, garage and workshop area. Together with the umbrella figure, it creates a typical promotion scene in racing action.

Slot Car Racetrack: In 1:32 scale, the set can be used along the start-finish straight, in the pit area or at a display area.

1:18 is particularly suitable for larger model cars, garage dioramas and collector display cases. 1:20 suits special models and correspondingly designed larger motorsport dioramas. 1:22.5 is suitable for matching large-scale dioramas and racing motifs within a Gauge II or garden railway scene. 1:24 complements model cars and classic racetrack or tuning dioramas. 1:32 is the right choice for slot car racetracks and matching scenes on a Gauge I layout. 1:35 is suitable for vehicle dioramas and individual plastic model-making projects. 1:43 suits compact model cars, die-cast collections and space-saving racetrack dioramas.
