Beachgoers at the Beach (S104) – 4-Figure Complete Resin Set

This figure set depicts four beachgoers in relaxed holiday poses. The different seated and reclining positions are suitable for beach, pool, hotel and holiday resort settings in model building. Two figures are shown on loungers, while two others can be placed on a suitable surface or directly on the ground.

Included Figures

• Man on Lounger: Relaxed reclining beachgoer in swim trunks and a sun hat on an adjustable lounger.
• Woman on Lounger: Reclining woman in a bikini with a wide-brimmed sun hat on a lounger.
• Woman in Bikini – Seated: Upright seated beachgoer with bent legs and relaxed hand position.
• Reclining Woman in Swimsuit – Figure in a Relaxed Beach Pose (Ref. No. 435): Woman in a swimsuit supported on one side, with one leg extended and the other bent.

The four resin figures are supplied unpainted and with support structures. This allows them to be individually color-matched to the respective beach or holiday diorama. This is model-making accessory, not a toy.

Scales and Suitable Projects

1:18 is suitable for large beach dioramas, holiday scenes beside model cars and collector's display case presentations. 1:20 suits larger leisure dioramas and individually built special models. 1:22.5 is an appropriate choice for beach or swimming locations on a garden railway or in a Gauge II scene. 1:24 complements model cars, holiday home models, pool and hotel facilities. 1:32 is suitable for leisure areas in Gauge I layouts and for summery side scenes alongside model vehicle or slot car settings. 1:35 suits vehicle dioramas and plastic model-building projects, such as a holiday vehicle on the coast. 1:43 can be combined with model cars and die-cast collections for a beach parking or holiday scene. 1:48 is suitable for compact vehicle dioramas and leisure motifs in US O Scale. 1:50 suits architectural models of hotels, holiday resorts, swimming pools or beach promenades. 1:64 is suitable for small model cars and space-saving die-cast dioramas with a coastal or holiday theme.

Practical Uses

For a beach diorama, all four figures together form a varied group of seated and reclining beachgoers.

Next to a model car, the 1:18, 1:24, 1:35, 1:43 or 1:64 scales are especially suitable for an arrival, beach parking or coastal holiday scene – matched to the vehicle scale.

In a hotel, pool or holiday resort model, the figures can be arranged on a sun terrace, by a pool edge or in a relaxation area. For architectural models, 1:50 is particularly suitable.

For a garden railway, the 1:22.5 version is suitable, for example for a small bathing beach or leisure area within a Gauge II landscape. In Gauge I, the 1:32 version is the corresponding choice.
