Noir Gangster Group S80 – five unpainted resin figures

This complete set includes five vintage-dressed figures for crime, gangster and urban noir scenes. Different poses, suits, coats, hats and weapons allow for varied arrangements around streets, vehicles, garages or buildings. The figures are supplied unpainted in resin and with support structures. Typical model-making finishing work is therefore required before painting.

Included figures:

• Criminal couple 1: vintage woman with weapon: Standing woman in a long dress and head covering, holding a long-barreled weapon in front of her body and extending one arm to the side.
• Criminal couple 2: vintage man with cigarette: Casually standing man in a suit, tie and hat, with a cigarette in one hand and a visible weapon on his belt.
• Vintage man with coat and hat – gangster boss (Ref. No. 358): Sturdy, calmly standing figure with a long coat, suit, tie and wide-brimmed hat; both hands are in the coat pockets.
• Standing figure: gangster in double-breasted suit with hat & cigarette (Ref. No. 514): Confidently standing man in a double-breasted suit with a cigarette, one hand in his trouser pocket.
• Standing figure: man in coat with hat & submachine gun with drum magazine (Ref. No. 515): Masked man with a long coat and hat, holding a submachine gun with drum magazine in front of his upper body.

Practical applications

1. Noir street scene with model car: In 1:18, 1:24 or 1:43, the group can be placed with a scale-matched model car in front of a garage, warehouse or on an urban street corner.

2. Gangster hideout or garage diorama: The armed woman and the man with the submachine gun form the active figures, while the gangster boss and suited man can be used as calmly standing group members.

3. Historical-looking vehicle diorama: The 1:32, 1:35 and 1:48 versions are suitable for scenes with scale-matched vehicle models, building facades and urban accessories.

4. Larger display pieces and showcase scenes: The 1:18 and 1:20 scales offer particularly clear depictions of clothing, facial features and equipment and work well with larger dioramas or a collector display case.

5. Urban and railway surroundings: In 1:22.5, the group can be incorporated into a scale-matched urban garden railway or Scale II scene. The 1:50 version is suitable for compact urban models with streets, buildings and vehicles.

Scale selection

1:18 is suitable for large model cars, display case scenes and detailed garage dioramas. 1:20 suits larger special dioramas and individually built scenes. 1:22.5 is suitable for scale-matched urban garden railway and Scale II environments. 1:24 is an appropriate choice for model cars as well as street and garage scenes. 1:32 can be combined with vehicle models and urban scenes in this scale. 1:35 is particularly suitable for vehicle dioramas and plastic model building. 1:43 suits scale-matched model cars and die-cast collections. 1:48 is suitable for compact vehicle and building dioramas as well as appropriate US O Scale scenes. 1:50 is suitable for small urban, street and architectural models.
