Historic 1920s–1930s Harbour and Dock Workers – Complete Set S50

This nine-piece figure set depicts typical workflows and roles on a historic quay. Harbour workers transporting loads and handling ropes are complemented by a foreman, ship steward, captain, boatswain and ship engineer. This makes the group suitable for lively harbour, ship and loading scenes from the 1920s and 1930s.

The figures are supplied unpainted in resin and with support structures. Clothing, uniforms and accessories can therefore be individually designed to suit the respective diorama.

Practical Uses

• For a historic harbour diorama with model vehicles, the worker with wooden crate and the dock worker with sack of flour create a convincing loading scene. The 1:18, 1:24, 1:35, 1:43 or 1:64 scales are particularly suitable to match the existing vehicle.
• On a model railway with quay, goods shed or harbour connection, the figures in 1:22.5 are suitable for garden railways or Scale II, and 1:32 for Scale I. The rope coil, loading list and transported goods create a direct connection to cargo handling.
• For a ship model at a berth, captain, steward, boatswain, ship engineer and quay personnel can be arranged together as a crew and clearance scene.
• In an architectural model of a harbour area, 1:50 is suitable. The different activities bring quays, warehouses, jetties and traffic areas to life.
