The Wendigo with Antlers is a fantasy miniature depicting a lean, sinewy forest monster with greatly elongated limbs. It stands with its legs staggered and slightly bent on uneven terrain. Its torso leans forward, its head is lowered, and its long arms reach below its knees. Both open clawed hands have curled fingers; no weapons or shield are visible.

The elongated, animal-like skull with an open mouth and curved, pointed protrusions is complemented by a wide, many-branched set of antlers. Prominent rib contours, a shaggy mane over the shoulders and back, and pointed, tuft-like growths on the arms and legs define its appearance. No clothing or armour is visible. The round diorama base depicts rocky forest ground with stones and small mushrooms; bare tree trunks with twisted branches frame the creature.
