The public litter bin with lid from MyPortal Studios is versatile street furniture for street dioramas, architectural models and detailed model scenes. This unpainted decorative item is available in 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35 scales and can complement outdoor areas in a miniature town or other carefully crafted settings.

The slightly tapered bin features vertical ribs around its body, a sturdy base and fine openings along the bottom edge. A wide opening with a protective bar and the separately designed round lid define the top. The lid has a raised edge and central handle. Together, the recognizable details create the practical shape of a sturdy public waste bin.

Depending on the scale, the litter bin can be placed in different locations in a model scene. The following suggestions are intended as inspiration:

  • 1:18: As street furniture on the sidewalk beside a bus stop in a model car street diorama.
  • 1:20: At the entrance to a modern building as a detail in an architectural model with a landscaped forecourt.
  • 1:22,5: Beside a station platform bench in a garden railway station scene.

Product Notes
