The Undead Halberdier Leader is a fantasy miniature in an upright, wide-legged stance. With its feet slightly offset and head raised, the figure appears calm and watchful. Its skull-like face sits beneath an ornate helmet with side neck guards. A broad collar decorated with symbols and multi-part shoulder armor with pointed embellishments define the armor.

The detailed miniature holds a long halberd upright beside its body in one hand, with the end of the shaft resting on the ground. The large weapon head bears two opposing, curved axe blades; the free hand is clenched into a fist. Bandages around the torso, arms, and lower legs complement the bracers, an ornate belt, and layered hip armor. Long, tattered strips of fabric hang over the legs, while the hands and bare feet remain exposed. The round base depicts broken paving slabs arranged at different angles, with visible joints.
