The elongated sandbag from MyPortal Studios adds a versatile modeling element for cover, fortifications, and detailed model scenes in defensive positions and other military dioramas. This unpainted decorative object is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35.
The shape depicts a tightly filled, elongated sack with a flattened underside, rounded ends, and slightly tapered sides. Suggested seams and closure details, along with a rough, subtly creased surface, give the object a textile appearance. As a sandbag for defensive positions, it is suitable for creating field fortifications, checkpoints, and makeshift protective walls.
Depending on the scale, the sandbag can be placed in different parts of a model scene and incorporated into a variety of settings:
- 1:18: As part of a defensive position at the edge of a military diorama or a collector's display cabinet.
- 1:20: In front of a building entrance in an architectural model setting, as makeshift cover at a checkpoint.
- 1:22,5: At the transition between the track area and station building in a Gauge II station scene with a military theme.
- 1:24: Beside an opening in a miniature room setting, as a protective barrier in a detailed interior.
- 1:32: At the edge of a field path in a landscape diorama, as cover for a military scene.
- 1:35: In front of a wall in a vehicle diorama, as an addition to a workshop or battle scene.
You will receive an unpainted physical model-making object designed by MyPortal Studios; it is not an STL download. This object is not a toy. Suggested settings and additional scene accessories are not included.
