The corrugated steel sheet by MyPortal Studios is a single building element for creating field shelters, makeshift shelters and defensive positions. It adds a distinctive profiled surface to military dioramas as well as other model-making settings. This unpainted diorama object is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22.5, 1:24, 1:32 and 1:35.
Regular longitudinal corrugations define the surface and create the characteristic look of thin, pressed steel sheet. The clearly defined profile adds visible depth, even in small scenes. As an individual panel, the design can be used at a position, shelter or makeshift accommodation.
The following design ideas show how the sheet can be incorporated into different model-making and diorama settings, depending on the scale:
- 1:18: In a military diorama, as side wall cladding on a field shelter beside a collector’s cabinet.
- 1:20: In a miniature setting, as a profiled wall of a makeshift shelter at the edge of a landscape scene.
- 1:22.5: In a garden railway scene, as part of a small defensive position where the track area meets the landscape.
- 1:24: In a ship diorama, as a screen for a makeshift position at the edge of a coastal setting.
- 1:32: In a Gauge 1 landscape diorama, as a wall panel on a field shelter beside a vegetated path.

The offered figure is made of resin . Due to the manufacturing process, slight variations in shape and color are possible .
Product Notes
The support structures remain on the figures for safe transport. These can be removed with fine pliers or carefully by hand. The figures can be gently heated with a hair dryer to facilitate release. Further information can be found in the FAQs .
