This fantasy miniature depicts a serpentine horror monster with a humanoid head. Its massive, worm-like body rears upright in a pronounced S-shape. Its long neck stretches upward, while several thin limbs with splayed fingers brace against the round base. More hand-like limbs emerge close together from various points along its body.

Its distorted face, with deep-set eyes, prominent cheeks, and long, dangling locks of hair, is turned toward a wide-open mouth displaying both rows of teeth. Deep creases, irregular ridges, and torn-looking textures cover its surface. Numerous long, curved spikes and smaller pointed protrusions grow from its lower body. No weapons, shields, armor, or clothing are visible. Several claw-like hands reach over the edge of the unevenly sculpted base.
