The computer tower by MyPortal Studios adds the detail of a classic desktop computer to workplace dioramas and model scenes. It is available in scales 1:18, 1:20, 1:22,5, 1:24, 1:32, and 1:35, and works well as a furnishing for miniature offices, workshops, or other scenes featuring a computer workstation.

The tall, narrow case has a clearly detailed front with several drive bays and a large vent grille with vertical slats. Elongated cutouts and additional ventilation elements on the side emphasize the functional shape of a classic computer tower. The visible structures provide plenty of detail to highlight with custom paint.

Depending on the scale, the tower can be integrated into a variety of miniature settings. The following suggestions show possible scenes and placements:

  • 1:18: In a garage diorama beside the workshop PC, on the floor under a workbench.
  • 1:20: As part of an architectural model of a modern office, positioned beside a desk.
  • 1:22,5: In the small train dispatcher’s office in a station scene, placed near the control panel.

Product Notes

The support structures remain on the figures for safe transport. These can be removed with fine pliers or carefully by hand. The figures can be gently heated with a hair dryer to facilitate release. Further information can be found in the FAQs .
