The Arctic Centipede with Penguins is a fantasy miniature depicting a centipede-like monster with a long, serpentine body. Its lower body lies in tight coils on the round diorama base, while the upper section rises into a tall arch. Its head reaches forward and down, jaws wide open and lined with teeth, as if the creature is about to bite. Long, curved antennae fan out from either side of its head.

The distinctly segmented body is covered in overlapping armor plates. Numerous spikes run along its back, while broad, jagged, fin-like protrusions line its sides. Prominent eyes, pointed growths, and curved mouthparts frame its open jaws. No clothing, weapons, or shields are visible; the armor is part of its body.
